     Michael Cervelli Real Estate, founded in 1983, and Cervelli Management Corporation founded in 1984 have provided expert service to the "Gold Coast". A small centralized office environment, which is family owned an operated offers a different, personalized way of doing business. A combination of experienced veterans and young brains that are adept to new technologies form the core of the company. Quick on its feet, Cervelli Management Corp. can modify its methods to satisfy any customer or client needs.

 

     Michael Cervelli, founder of both companies has been involved in New Jersey Real Estate for well over 20+ years. Michael has personally experienced the wealth of change that has taken place along the Hudson and Bergen County Waterfront. Michael, a past  President of the Hudson County Board of Realtors, has sat on the Hudson County Board of Directors since 1988. He was the 2007-2008 President of the Hudson County MLS and has also served as President in 1995,1998,2001,and 2003.  Michael has proven himself not only to be an industry leader, but also has proven his integrity by serving on the ethics committee in 1993 and 1994,and by serving as expert witness before the superior Court of New Jersey

 

     Cervelli Management Corp. is a team-based operation with Management, Construction, and Accounting backgrounds. With over 80+ years of combined experience, we are capable of handling any problem. Our Management Portfolio consists of large scale apartment complexes, condo associations, office buildings, retail and industrial locations where we have proven our abilities to turn distressed properties into fruitful investments. In many cases we have even worked with local authorities to clean up building that would be considered dangerous.  On a different scale, we also work with Condominium Boards to create a better living environment for residents and owners alike.

 

     Michael Cervelli Real Estate & Property Management has been at the forefront of the industry since the early 1980's.  With a strong emphasis on satisfying customers, we have been able to weather many cyclical turns in the U.S. Economy while watching many competitors fall by the waste side. We do this by serving our customers in a different manner than many large franchises. We are beyond the franchise stage giving it up in the late 1980's to make way for a better business plan. By having specialized agents in specific market segments, our agents are trained to know the market that they work in as well as any other agency.  This proves to be beneficial to both buyers and sellers. Our agents are trained to recognize a problem before it happens. This saves money and time for all parties involved.
