Michael Cervelli (President)
Michael Cervelli - President

In 1983, Mr. Cervelli founded Michael Cervelli Real Estate which specializes in commercial and residential properties. Following a stream of success in the real estate market, Mr. Cervelli pursued his passion, and in 1985, Cervelli Management Corp. was formed.

With now over 25 years in property and asset management experience, Mr. Cervelli oversees a staff of 13 in-house employees including Brokers, property managers, accountants, support staff, who bring a combined 75 years of experience to property management. He currently manages 75 properties in New York, New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania. His staff has overseen construction projects ranging from $100,000 to $5,000,000. He has effectively managed properties for over 5,000 tenants and worked with hundreds of boards and owners on commercial and residential sites. Cervelli has brokered thousands of properties, with a total value in the hundreds of millions of dollars.

Michael is experienced in a vast array of disciplines ranging from the management of luxury condominium boards to revitalizing low income housing projects.  He has personally worked to improve HUD properties in Jersey City and Newark and currently works to identify the investment opportunities within these neighborhoods for prospective buyers.   

At Cervelli Management Corp., Michael has created a culture of honesty and integrity which has carried the company through many downturn cycles.

Tom Pahos (Regional Senior Property Manager)

Tom Pahos - Senior Property Manager

Mr. Pahos has been an asset to the Cervelli Management team since 1986. With 26 years in property management experience and previous background knowledge in construction, Tom is an expert in negotiating bids with vendors while reviewing their work to make sure it is performed properly and efficiently.  He oversees all site manager activities and is responsible for creating preventative maintenance programs. 

Tom’s lengthy resume includes the complete renovation of over 300 residential units and over 25,000 square feet of commercial space.  In addition, Tom has extensive time invested in renovating and improving HUD residential properties and the rehabilitation of distressed assets.

Chris Cervelli (Broker Associate / Site Manager)

Chris Cervelli - Property Manager
Chris Cervelli joined Michael Cervelli Real Estate in 1999 as an agent in residential and commercial sales. He furthered his Real Estate acumen by obtaining his Broker’s License in 2003.  Mr. Cervelli later received the Platinum Sales Award for two consecutive years in 2006 and 2007. During this time Mr. Cervelli closed over $50,000,000 in real estate transactions. He was recognized as a 2007 Commercial Broker All Star from Real Estate NJ and was nominated as a Top Industry Leader by the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal.

In 2007, Chris extended himself to the management division at Cervelli Management Corp. as a site manager. Using his experience in commercial real estate, he has combined physical building knowledge with responsive customer service to enhance the value of Cervelli Management Corp.  Currently he supervises all field operations, along with obtaining new accounts for future management.

Mr. Cervelli also supervises the marketing and press departments of Cervelli Management Corp. He works relentlessly in making Cervelli Management Corp. a nationally known brand and has developed a sales platform for all new employees.

Thomas Cervelli - Property Manager
Tom joined Cervelli Property Management in 1997.  Word of mouth referrals caused Cervelli Management to grow at an accelerating rate and he was a trustworthy addition.  Tom’s customer service savvy was quickly realized as he has an amazing ability to listen to a resident issue and act accordingly.  Tom understands that Unit Owner and Board priorities balanced with resident and tenant satisfaction are integral for a harmonious existence. 


Jason W. Stovall (Site Manager)


 Jason Stovall joined the Cervelli Management and Real Estate team as the in-house IT and marketing Director. Mr. Stovall, carrying an extensive background in marketing and computer systems maintenance, was able to build, coordinate and maintain three company websites. He has also maintained the in-house database and digital archiving systems. Mr. Stovall has maintained vital relationships with press representatives and advertisement agencies enabling scheduled press releases and optimized ad campaigns. Mr. Stovall has made sure that in every way, we are ahead of our competitors.

Mr. Stovall also has an extensive background in the construction industry and as such, he has decided to move over to the management side of this corporation. He continues to supercede client expectations with his constant follow up skills, his abilty to negotiate vendor contracts to better suit the clients needs and his overall goal of giving every client the attention they deserve. As Mr. Stovall likes to state, "I believe in treating every community as if I myself where an investor within it - then and only then can we make a real diffrence!"

James Cervelli (Sales Associate / Site Manager)
James Cervelli - Property Manager 

James Cervelli joined Michael Cervelli Real Estate in 2002. Since then he has obtained his sales persons license and eventually grew to supervise all aspects of customer relations and customer service departments.  As an agent, he has represented many buyers and sellers to close transactions. 

In 2007, James joined the management team as a site manager specializing in resident relations and customer service. Through his hands-on style, Mr. Cervelli has successfully implemented new operating and management practices.  It is the team’s belief that working from the bottom up will create a strong foundation which will ultimately provide the highest level of customer service.

Teresa Bowers (Delaware Division - Senior Site Manager)

Teresa (Tess) Bowers joined Cervelli Management as a site manager in 2008.  As Senior Property Manager for our Delaware portfolio, Ms. Bowers responsibility is to oversee all day to day operations.  Before joining Cervelli Management, Tess had 7 years experience working with the Wentworth Group, and before that she was a resident manager responsible for 156 units. Her past experience includes managing maintenance staff, preparing operating budgets, and overseeing major reconstruction projects.  It is also her responsibility to prepare and conduct monthly board meetings and oversee all vendors to ensure that work is being performed in accordance with contracts.  Ms. Bowers makes sure that while a quick repair of a disaster is important, staying within the budgetary restraints for the particular project is equally as important.

Maria Louro (Senior Accounts Manager)

Maria Louro - Exec. Admin. Assistant

Maria Louro joined Cervelli Management in 1998 as an administrative assistant.  From there her talents were quickly realized as she rose through the ranks to now run the entire finance and administration department. 

Maria has created budgets, rules and regulations and assisted in training of resident managers of Condominium Associations, residential rental buildings and commercial complexes.

Ms. Louro also has experience with remediation of city and state violations as well as preparing buildings for upcoming Green Card and Reac (Real Estate Assessment Center HUD) inspections.
