Dear CMC Staff:
Even though I am no longer President and Board Member of the Condo Association of Washington Street due to my upcoming move, I still wanted to write a letter from me personally to thank you all for all your help and hard work over the years for the Association and the building. Because of your team, you have helped the Association grow and get stronger in the last 4 years and developed the building into a place that is great to live.
Tom Pahos and Maria Louro have always been incredibly supportive and helpful in answering questions, dealing with issues and explaining how things work. Their day-to-day management and easy access has been invaluable, and I have alot of respect for them and their work ethic.
Michael Cervelli as well has been a big asset in his advise and wisdom in teaching how to run and strengthen a Condo Association.
I also think the addition of Javier Deanta to your team has really made a diffrence. He is always very responsive and really makes things happen. I truely believe that by having him with Cervelli now, you all have taken your management services to an even higher level.
Thank you all again for all your help, and I will miss working with you all, but at least I will leave with the comfort of knowing the building is in good hands and will be well cared for!
