Cervelli Management Corporation continues to seek qualified professional vendors to fulfill goods or maintenance contracts for landscaping, pool care, exterminating, painting, construction and more. This page has been created to assist companies which wish to submit bids and be considered for our approved vendor list.

Thank you for your interest in providing goods and/or services to Cervelli Management Corporation's managed properties.  There are three important areas highlighted below you should be aware of before applying to be added to our preferred vendor list.    We represent communities, associations, and properties, and seek only those vendors/contractors who provide exceptional goods and services.

Vendor Application Requirements

1. Only provide professional services you are *qualified and licensed* to perform.  If your area of expertise requires a contractor's license you must provide a valid copy of your license.
2. You must provide proof of general liability insurance and workers compensation, naming C.M.C. or the Association as certificate holder.
3. W-9 form for tax reporting purposes as required by the IRS.

We expect...

1. Proposals/bids--taking into consideration your expertise, reputation and experience--within the industry standard.  We've been in this business for over 30 years and are highly knowledgeable in all aspects of maintenance of various properties and the costs to retain goods and/or services.
   
2. Provide goods and/or services in a timely manner.
3. Treat all property owners and company representatives respectfully.
4. Communicate status of delivery of goods/services.
   
5. Submit professional and detailed invoices referencing proper work order number, location of service, association/property billing information, goods/services provided, etc.

Vendors/contractors take note...

1. Services provided are frequently inspected for quality and
2. Property owners will be surveyed for satisfaction with your goods and/or services.
3. Services may be suspended, terminated, or no longer considered for future retention if any deficiencies or complaints are noted.
